Bladder and bowel problems affect one in four people. Incontinence is not a natural part of ageing! It can be treated, managed or even resolved.
By attending these sessions, you can expect to learn about:
- Session 1 - Thursday 16 May: Healthy bladder, bowel habits and continence product information.
- Session 2 - Thursday 23 May: The physiology of the bladder, bowel function and the pelvic floor.
- Session 3 - Thursday 30 May: Practical exercises led by a Southern Cross Care accredited exercise physiologist and physiotherapist. Learn how to activate and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.*
*Note - Class times available for session 3 include 10.00am - 10.30am, 10.45am - 11.15am and 11.30am - 12.00pm. Please advise upon booking which time you would prefer
