Statement – how can you contribute to the strategic direction of the Continence Foundation of Australia
I have served 3 years as a director of the Continence Foundation of Australia board and I believe that I have so much more to contribute.
With my years and breadth of clinical experience in the physiotherapy, multidisciplinary care and pelvic health physiotherapy field, I bring the clinicians voice to the table.
I also bring 25 years’ experience of working with people with incontinence.
I understand the clinical competencies and advanced communication skills required to support positive behavioural change for better continence health outcomes.
I have 16 years of running a business in regional Victoria, which includes facility, human resource, and quality assurance management.
I have a strong vision, commitment and aptitude for working together as a board with the foundation to update and deliver an ambitious strategic plan.
