National Continence Helpline
The National Continence Helpline is staffed by Nurse Continence Specialists who offer free, confidential information, advice and support to people affected by incontinence and bladder and bowel health. They also provide a wide range of continence-related resources and information on local continence services. The Helpline is available to anyone living in Australia and is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health. It operates 8am-8pm Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays. Telephone Interpreter Service
If you need an interpreter and would like to speak to a Nurse Continence Specialist about incontinence or bladder and bowel health, please call the National Continence Helpline on 1800 33 00 66 and ask them to organise an interpreter for you. Please tell them the language you need. The National Continence Helpline operates 8.00am-8.00pm AEST Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays.

Telephone interpreter services are provided free of charge to you.
