Functional urology including nocturnal enuresis, daytime urinary incontinence and paediatric recurrent urinary tract infections across all ages, metropolitan and regional areas, across both public and private sector.
Medical device innovation and commercialisation, currently I am a founder and clinical advisor to medtech startups looking at therapeutic applications for neuromodulation urinary incontinence.

Adult and paediatric continence management including medications, non-pharmaceutical therapies including neuromodulation and surgical options. Funding knowledge for continence management - individual, public hospital, private health sector and corporate sector. Experience in public, private and corporate health care sector.
Reasons for nomination
As an experienced adult and paediatric urologist, along with my clinical advisory roles with medtech startups, I believe my clinical and commercialisation expertise can significantly enhance the discussions at the Continence Foundation of Australia. I see a pressing need for stronger advocacy for both the Foundation and the communities it serves. My focus has always been on “doing and educating” rather than simply “publish or perish.” I bring a lateral thinking approach to continence management, emphasising comprehensive solutions that address broader challenges, rather than just treating individuals in isolation.
Previous contributions to the Continence Foundation of Australia
My previous contributions have been in promoting awareness of the CFA to the general population as well as NSW Health and Education Departments. I have participated in education days and workshops.
Statement – how can you contribute to the strategic direction of the Continence Foundation of Australia
As an experienced Adult and Paediatric Urologist, I can contribute to the Continence Foundation of Australia by promoting awareness and education on continence issues, developing evidence-based guidelines and public health initiatives, as well as advocating for increased funding and resources. My goal is to enhance patient outcomes and empower individuals affected by incontinence, aligning with the Foundation's mission to prioritise continence health for all Australians.
