Reasons for nomination

I believe that the combination of my clinical expertise along with my past and present executive board experience and business acumen provide me with a robust foundation to actively contribute to the growth and sustainability of the Foundation so that people continue to be liberated from the shame, isolation and embarassment of incontinence.

Previous contributions to the Continence Foundation of Australia

1998 - Established the National Continence Helpline.
2013-2018 - Executive Officer Continence Foundation of Australia Vic Branch .
Mid 2000’s - Committee member representing CoNSA on the Commonwealth Government Bladder Bowel Steering Committee.
Current - Committee member Nurse Continence Specialist course.
Multiple working parties to review written resources and fact sheetsMidF.

Statement – how can you contribute to the strategic direction of the Continence Foundation of Australia

My contribution to the strategic direction of the Foundation would be to assist with the growth and sustainability of the Foundation by attracting revenue to diversify funding opportunities because of my expansive stakeholder networks. In addition I am extremely familiar with understanding the governance framework which supports organisational compliance with ACNC standards.
