If you know a carer who does an amazing job looking after the needs of someone with bladder or bowel issues, why not nominate them for the Continence Carer of The Year Award?

The award is designed to acknowledge the challenging and rewarding role carers play in looking after people with bladder and bowel control issues. 

To be announced at the National Conference in Sydney on 18 November, the award is open to at-home carers from around Australia with nominations invited from family, friends or health professionals wishing bring our attention to these amazing individuals.

Australian Bureau of Statistics figures show there 540,000 carers in Australia who care for family and friends with bladder and bowel issues.
